GREAT BRITAIN ANNOUNCE U21 TEAM FOR 2025 SPEEDWAY OF NATIONS2 FINAL
GREAT BRITAIN youth boss Neil Vatcher admits it will be a “massive challenge” for his young side in SON2.

The national side will be spearheaded by Dan Thompson along with Luke Harrison and Luke Killeen.
It’s a new generation of young stars arriving on the GB scene and Vatcher knows this will be a baptism of fire in Torun on October 3.
He said: “We are going through another transition of riders at this level with our previous captain Leon Flint now beyond 21.
“Dan is in his final year at this level and we are delighted to have him spearheading the side.
“He showed in the recent SGP2 in Vojens that he can mix it with the best in the world. We will need him to repeat that performance in Torun if we are to get a medal.
“Luke Harrison has already shown tremendous progress this season and deserves his place.
“Dan and Luke have come through the British Youth Championship structure for almost a decade and I’m very proud to take them into a world event representing their country.
“Luke Killeen comes in with them. He’s also a wonderful talent and has shown so much promise at Oxford this season and narrowly missed out on reaching the SGP2 series.
“We are under no illusions that this is going to be a very tough event for them. The opposition is very tough and they all lack experience at the sharp end at this level.
“But we are also very confident that if everything goes to plan we can be in the mix for a medal.”
